BBQ Smokey Dog
A tasty double smoked kransky wrapped in puff pastry with shortcut bacon, cheese, onion and BBQ sauce.

Ingredients
  • 4 Kransky
  • 8 Shortcut Bacon
  • 4Slices cheese
  • 2Sheets Puff Pastry
  • BBQ Sauce
Instructions
  1. Cut puff pastry sheets in half down the middle, to make 2 long halves.
  2. Place your kransky at one end.
  3. Add two pieces of shortcut bacon.
  4. And some cheese. Optional – We also added some onion that we had left over in the freezer from when we did our Onion Bombs 😀
  5. Roll the kransky up in the puff pastry.
  6. Place on tray and repeat with remaining kranskies.
  7. Place in toaster oven at 180°C for about 1 hour, or until pastry is crunchy and a nice golden colour.
