A tasty double smoked kransky wrapped in puff pastry with shortcut bacon, cheese, onion and BBQ sauce.

Instructions
Cut puff pastry sheets in half down the middle, to make 2 long halves.
Place your kransky at one end.
Add two pieces of shortcut bacon.
And some cheese. Optional – We also added some onion that we had left over in the freezer from when we did our Onion Bombs 😀
Roll the kransky up in the puff pastry.
Place on tray and repeat with remaining kranskies.
Place in toaster oven at 180°C for about 1 hour, or until pastry is crunchy and a nice golden colour.

Fiery Smokey Dog alternative, replace BBQ with Sriracha or similar chilli sauce.
