Bread
Choose your preferred type of bread, we used a sour dough loaf.

tbsp
butter

tbsp
olive oil
2
tbsp
minced garlic
Nice heaped tablespoons for lots of garlicy flavour!

chives
Can replace chives with some other herbs if you like for different flavours.
Instructions
Slice your bread into nice think slices (or thin if you like, doesn’t really matter).
Mix together the butter, olive oil, minced garlic and chives, we used a mug and a butter knife to mix these together.
Spread generous amounts of your garlic butter onto the slices and reassemble the loaf.
Turn your toaster oven on to 180°C, place your loaf in for around 10-15 minutes, or until heated right through and garlic butter melted nicely!
Once ready, serve up with some soup or maybe just have it by itself as a nice snack.
