Get your key ingredients ready – cream, condensed milk and coffees.
Pour you cream into a bowl and mix on high until whipped.
Once whipped using the egg flipper fold the condensed milk into the cream.
From your coffee machine (every office has one of these) pour one espresso shot.
Pour the espresso shot into the cream and milk and fold through with the egg flipper. Add a teaspoon of granulated instant coffee for extra colour and taste.
Pour into bowls or mugs and pop into the freezer overnight. Come in the next day and enjoy.
