BBQ Smokey Dog
BBQ Smokey Dog, this is our variation of an Office Cooking favourite from our local bakery. Some bakeries use hotdogs or regular beef sausages, we have used some tasty double smoked kransky sausages. This recipe will make 4 BBQ Smokey Dogs, enough for 4 people, or 2 very hungry people, or 1 VERY greedy person!

Ingredients
- 4 Kransky
- 8 Shortcut Bacon
- 4 Slices cheese
- 2 Sheets Puff Pastry
- BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Cut puff pastry sheets in half down the middle, to make 2 long halves.
- Place your kransky at one end.
- Add two pieces of shortcut bacon.
- And some cheese. Optional - We also added some onion that we had left over in the freezer from when we did our Onion Bombs 😀
- Roll the kransky up in the puff pastry.
- Place on tray and repeat with remaining kranskies.
- Place in toaster oven at 180°C for about 1 hour, or until pastry is crunchy and a nice golden colour.
- Nom nom nom.
Recipe Notes
Fiery Smokey Dog alternative, replace BBQ with Sriracha or similar chilli sauce.
