Office Coffee Ice-Cream
Well who would of thought we’d get the boss onside. Jas has came on-board with our first desert dish, and what dish it is. Office Coffee Ice-Cream, who would believe you could make ice cream with just 3 ingredients and at work and all in 10 minutes. Well here it is.

Ingredients
- 1 600ml bottle Cream
- 1 200ml tin Condensed Milk
- 1 shot Espresso Coffee
- 1 tsp Instant Coffee Make sure its the granulated
Instructions
- Grab your hand mixer.
- Get your key ingredients ready - cream, condensed milk and coffees.
- Pour you cream into a bowl and mix on high until whipped.
- Once whipped using the egg flipper fold the condensed milk into the cream.
- From your coffee machine (every office has one of these) pour one espresso shot.
- Pour the espresso shot into the cream and milk and fold through with the egg flipper. Add a teaspoon of granulated instant coffee for extra colour and taste.
- Pour into bowls or mugs and pop into the freezer overnight. Come in the next day and enjoy.
